Moto Z 2018 Kingsman Special Edition Launched in China

Moto Z 2018 is the name of new flagged ship Launched by Lenovo’s subsidiary Motorola in china. The phone comes with dual rear cameras, a 7000 series aluminum body and a 5.5” AMOLED Shatter Shield display. Rumors are this products is so much familiar to the Motorola’s Moto Z2 Force.


Moto Z 2018 Specifications

The new Moto Z 2018 comes with 5.5-inch AMOLED SS- 2K display. This phone packs with 6GB RAM and 128GB on board storage but sadly is still powered by the Snapdragon 835 which is quite bad. It has also a MicroSD card slot, up-gradable upto 2TB.

The Moto Z 2018 is equipped with dual Sony IMX386 12MP rear cameras in the monochrome + RGB format. Above the display is a 5MP OmniVision 5695 front camera with flash for selfie lovers.

Besides Moto Z comes with a 2730mAh battery but the phone comes bundled with a 3490mAh Moto Mod with Turbo Power in addition wireless charging.
The USB-C 3.1 port at the bottom with support for Motorola’s 15W Turbo Power charging Technology. As the phone doesn’t have an audio jack the port also doubles for audio. The Moto Z 2018 runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.

Kingsman VIP Special Edition

Inspired by the Hollywood, Motorola Moto Z 2018 edition has it’s Unique name called Kingsman VIP Special Edition . It comes in box designed like a briefcase which holds the phone, a VIP Card, Turbo Power battery mod, wireless charging mod, USB-C to 3.5mm audio adapter, leather flip case, 45th year anniversary notepad, the USB-C Hi-Fi audio headphones, and a warranty card.

Pricing and Launch date in China

At the moment there’s no information on whether a non-special Moto Z 2018 will be released in China, and if so how much it will end up retailing for.The Moto Z 2018 is available in only black and will retail for ¥9,999 ($1500).

Conclusion:

Yet despite the name this is nothing but a Moto Z2 Force with a gold M logo on the back and a bunch of accessories thrown in for the special edition. The specs are exactly the same, the look is exactly the same, you get the idea – for all intents and purposes, this is a Z2 Force, just going by another name for whatever reason.
