The news reported by Winfuture first-time With the Nokia 2, the company is aiming at Smartphone buyers, and at a price tag of $99, the device will be an exciting one to check out. As per the publication, the Nokia 2 will be first released in the US in tow variants including black and white hues.

In-line with the recent FCC listing, the Nokia 2 is confirmed to come with model number- TA-1035. Having said that, the Nokia 2 is already listed on a US e-commerce site for $99, hinting the launch as an imminent one.

The Smartphone was spotted on Geekbench-The benchmark site, which revealed the processor details of the Smartphone. The Nokia 2 is expected to feature a 5-inch HD display and could be powered by the entry-level Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 chipset, which is a successor to Snapdragon 210 SoC. The Snapdragon 212 SoC supports Full HD displays, but HMD is sticking to HD display though. The chipset is likely to be accompanied by 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. There might be an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera in the Nokia 2.

These are the details available on the Nokia 2 as of now, but the official launch date of the device is still unknown. HMD is also rumored to launch a true flagship Smartphone- the Nokia 9 with an 18:9 display, Snapdragon 835 SoC, and Zeiss powered dual camera setup on front and back. However, the launch of the Nokia 9 might happen sometime in early 2018.
